1. Definition of needs
The support of our customers begins as soon as the collaboration contract is signed and even well before during the pre-sales phase. Contact is made at the client's convenience: telephone discussion or physical meeting... the project manager adapts to the client's needs to ensure optimal progress of the project.
2. The project team
A multidisciplinary team at your service for the success of your project. An experienced project manager is involved in all projects carried out by our agency. He is designated as soon as the collaboration contract is validated. He/she will compose the team that will accompany him/her during the whole project.
3. How a project is carried out
Thanks to our experience and the numerous projects we have carried out, we have been able to set up a well-tested project methodology that respects standardized principles. If our developments are specific, the project methodology is also subject to adaptation. Each project is unique for us!
4. Project follow-up
The creation of a project does not stop when it is put into production, our agency continues to accompany you afterwards. The follow-up work that we do is expressed in several ways.
